Kevin, the Vice President of Construction Solutions at Cahill Strategies, brings a wealth of experience in the New York construction industry to his role. He has a strong track record of guiding clients through complex building processes, with a range of successful projects under his belt, including commercial and residential developments, infrastructure and transportation projects, and various utility matters. Kevin has a unique ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise, contributing significantly to the success of our client’s projects. He is known for fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders, including general contractors, construction management firms, large sub-contractors, owners, developers, and city and state regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining Cahill Strategies, Kevin worked for one of New York State’s largest residential trade organizations, where he gained valuable expertise in advocating for clients at the local, state, and federal levels of government. Kevin is skilled in anticipating and advocating for his client’s unique needs, and he ensures that they are kept informed throughout the process. With a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Long Island University and internships with a New York State Senator and the Order of Malta’s Mission to the United Nations in New York City, Kevin’s educational background and industry experience make him a valuable asset to our team as Vice President of Construction Solutions.

NYC DOB: Local Law 154 of 2021: On-site Fossil Fuel Combustion Limitations

Beginning January 1, 2024, New Buildings and New Buildings with Existing Elements to Remain – as described in NYC Administrative Code Section 28-101.4.5 – that are less than 7- stories (except for on-site fossil fuel combustion for service hot water) or classified as Group R-3 (one- and two-family homes), will be required to comply with Local Law 154 of 2021.
