NYCDOB: Final Rule -Major Projects Development Program

NYC DOB Major Projects Development Program is a new voluntary program for NYC’s largest construction projects.
The final rule has been promulgated (see here). This new initiative is intended to improve safety and efficiency on complex projects through ongoing collaboration with DOB key staff.

Attached and for your review is the Final Rule – Major Projects Development Program.
Major Projects Development Program is a new voluntary program for our city’s largest building construction projects.
This new initiative is intended to improve both safety and efficiency on these complex work sites by increasing the levels of support and collaboration throughout the entire duration of the development process, from the initial application filings, all the way to the final sign-offs of the completed project.
