Beginning November 5, 2022, a Technical Report (TR1) – Final will no longer be required for Sidewalk Shed (SH), Construction Fence (FN), Supported Scaffold (SS) and Protection and Mechanical Means (PMM) work types in DOB NOW: Build. (See Local Law 146 of 2021.) Submission of a notification of removal will sign off the permit and complete the filing.
