Construction Case Study: After Hour Variances
Challenge:
Our client faced pushback from the NYC Department of Buildings on their After Hour Variance Permits (AHV) due to community noise complaints, threatening project timelines.
Solution:
Cahill Strategies reached out to the Department of Environmental Protection to develop an acceptable Noise Mitigation Plan. Once approved, we successfully obtained and renewed AHVs from the DOB until no longer needed.
Result:
Our efforts ensured uninterrupted project progress by securing the necessary AHVs, mitigating noise complaints, and maintaining the project timeline.
