NYC DOB: New Certification & License Requirements for Fixed Telehandler
Beginning November 7, 2024, the operator of a fixed telehandler must possess a NCCCO certification for the operation of a telehandler
DOB: Extension of Expiration Date of Limited Gas Work Qualifications Issued before Jan 1, 2020
All Limited Gas Work Qualifications issued before January 1, 2020, will expire on December 31, 2024, regardless of the issuance date.

DOB to Waive Certain Civil Penalties, Failure to Correct Because of 7/19 to 7/21
Due to the global IT outage caused by CrowdStrike and Microsoft, DOB NOW: Safety was not available on July 19, 2024, and may not have been fully available on July 20, 2024, and July 21, 2024. Accordingly, the Department will waive civil penalties
