From NYCDOB:
The Department of Buildings is currently drafting rules to implement provisions of the 2022 Building Code concerning articulating boom cranes and telehandlers. Until the rules are enacted, the requirements of the 2014 Building Code for articulating boom cranes and telehandlers will continue to be enforced.
**Note from Cahill Strategies: We are currently working on this matter with the NYC DOB and industry partners. Interested parties concerned about this area should contact Diane Cahill at 631-770-3840 or by email at dcahill@cahillstrategies.com
