Hurricane Harvey has really left its mark and continues to be felt throughout Texas. Heavy rains and cataclysmic flooding are expected to go on for days. The storm has already been called “unprecedented” by the National Weather Service.
Highways are submerged, thousands of calls are being made to emergency services, and residents are being urged to stay in place. According to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the recovery effort could take years, and the storm hasn’t even concluded yet.
