A new LL37/08 Retaining Wall flag has been added to the Buildings Information System (BIS) Property Profile. Properties that have this flag in the Property Profile have retaining walls or parts of retaining walls that are subject to the inspection and reporting requirements in Local Law 37 of 2008 and Section 103-09 of Title 1 of the Rules of the City of New York.
