The New York City Commissioner of Buildings is repealing rules which are now addressed in Title 28 of the New York City Administrative Code.
From NYCDOB:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the authority vested in the Commissioner of Buildings by Section 643 of the New York City Charter, that the Department of Buildings hereby repeals rules which are now addressed in Title 28 of the New York City Administrative Code, including the New York City Construction Codes, or are obsolete.

Beginning Wednesday, November 2, 2022, the Administrative Enforcement Unit will accept walk-in customers at 280 Broadway, 1st Floor for assistance with Certificate of Correction requests that have been submitted online in DOB NOW: BIS Options.
