Melville, NY – Cahill Strategies LLC, a New York government relations, communications, and construction solutions firm, has promoted three executives amidst the company’s continued growth and expansion as a New York State and New York City MWBE-certified company.
Cahill Strategies announces the promotions of Kaitlyn Cahill from Director of Operations to Vice President of Operations, Kevin Moran from Director of Client Relations to Vice President of Construction Solutions, and Timothy Hurley from Vice President to Senior Vice President.
The promotions of three of the company’s top executives are the result of continued growth in all areas of business, representing the interests of construction firms, real estate developers, and international technology companies doing business in the U.S. The announcement also comes after the firm’s move to larger headquarters facilities in Melville, NY.
Kevin Moran brings his years of experience in the New York construction industry to the table. He has a proven track record of successfully guiding clients’ projects through complicated building processes. Kevin’s experience includes working on a wide range of projects, from commercial and residential developments to infrastructure, transportation projects, and various utility matters. He has also developed a reputation for fostering positive relationships with general contractors, construction management firms, large sub-contractors, as well as owners and developers.
Kaitlyn Cahill oversees her team and the smooth operation of all matters related to Finance, Contracts, Compliance, and Human Resources, ensuring that everything we do at Cahill revolves around providing the best service to the firm’s clients. Kaitlyn has the ability to assess situations quickly and learn on the spot, which enables her to make far-reaching decisions for the company, contributing to the company’s successful growth. She fosters a welcoming environment at the firm, in addition to her leadership and creative vision which has greatly benefited the team that she leads and company development for the future.
As Senior Vice President, Timothy Hurley navigates a broad spectrum of media promotion for our clients and our firm. Tim is charged with keeping the firm’s communications capabilities current with emerging technologies and executing communications strategies. Tim works with clients to help maintain their corporate identities’ voice in areas of social media communications. Tim also works closely with CEO Diane Cahill to develop, maintain, and direct Cahill’s external communications and brand. Through mentoring and sharing practical skills, Tim works to develop effective team members as future leaders, making their success the measure of his own.
